The University of Arkansas’ outside hitter Taylor Head is one of the most dominant volleyball players who has achieved several accolades in her career. After leaving the crowd in awe with her stellar performance in the program’s history, the Razorback volleyball player received the AVCA All-Americans honor along with Jill Gillen.

She has set a class of her own as one of the most successful Arkansas players. Now, Taylor Head is making headlines as she drops a major hint regarding her next step through her Instagram account.

Taylor Head takes talents to Florida State

Taking to her official Instagram handle, one of the key players for Arkansas, Taylor announced that she will play for Florida State to utilize her final year of eligibility. Along with posting her joyous picture, Taylor dropped this update and the caption of the post reads ‘’Coming back home for my fifth year! Excited to be playing Beach and Indoor for Florida State! Blessed to have spent the last 4 years in Arkansas but excited for this next chapter! Go Noles!//

Besides clinching the third-team All-American title from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), Head has played a crucial role in leading her team to one of the best seasons ever for the program. She has also propelled the team to advance to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament. With her distinguished leadership as a formidable player for the program, at the end of the season, the Razorbacks succeeded in making an impressive 28-6 record.

Taylor Head holds impressive statistical records. She ranks second in kills and digs in the team. Her total number of kills of 1537 in her career is the fifth in the history of Arkansas, while her total of 1,272 digs is sixth. She has also achieved 22 double-doubles in a season, and this feat has not been witnessed in Arkansas since 1999. As Head embarks on a new chapter with Florida State, her new team and fans are eager to witness the next phase of her stellar career.
