In an 11-part story, she posted permanently to her page, Kim Glass detailed the incident after she visited the hospital. The attack happened in downtown Los Angeles. “I was saying goodbye to a friend and this homeless man ran up,” Glass narrated.
“He just looked at me with some pretty hateful eyes. And as I turned to go tell my friend, ‘I think there’s something wrong with him and I think he’s gonna hit the car.’ Before I knew it, a big metal bolt, like a pipe, hit me… it happened so fast. He literally flung it from the street,” she continued, gesturing to her swollen eye and injured nose bridge.
