From his hot put skills to his strength, Joe Kovacs excels in everything. The Beau Throws recently posted a video on their X account showing Kovacs doing burn out reps at the gym. However, the twist here is just exceptional. He was seen doing the reps with 495. The caption to the video carried, “Joe Kovacs doing “Burn Out Reps” with 495 is just stupid strong”.

The caption does complete justice to the video, as it is not everyone’s cup of tea to execute such a major thing with so much grace as Kovacs. With this workout, he went almost to the bench presses done by the body building maestro Arnold Schwarzenegger – who could bench press 500 pounds in his prime. Getting close to the prodigy who is the idol of bodybuilding is not a matter of joke.

Not just bench press, Kovacs has also done squats with 870 pounds. This U.S. Olympian knows how to make heads turn with his accomplishments, no matter whether on or off track.
