The 2023 Zurich Diamond League is here and is currently underway. Top-tier athletes, including Sha’Carri Richardson and Noah Lyles, after bringing back the grandeur of America in track and field at the World Athletics Championship, are now looking forward to lifting the Diamond Trophy in Zurich.

Currently, the league is completing its 11th round in one of the biggest cities in Switzerland. And to show his support for the event, tennis legend Roger Federer graced his presence at the Letzigrund stadium. Interestingly, World Champion Noah Lyles acknowledged his presence by sharing an intriguing message.

After an eventful nine days on the tracks of Budapest, the athletes are girded up to make a splash on the tracks of Zurich. And with thousands of people rooting for their favorites, tennis icon, Roger Federer was also spotted enjoying the event in his homeland.

Amid this, NBC social media director Travis Miller posted the update on Twitter with the caption “Roger Federer track and field” accompanied by a handshake emoji.

Following this, the American sprinting icon Noah Lyles also showed his appreciation for the tennis legend’s presence in the stadium.

As Lyles commented under the post “The beat in the world watching the best in the world,” Interestingly, this comment comes after Noah Lyles sbagged triumph in the 2023 World Athletics Championships. The 26-year-old clinched three gold medals in the World Athletics Championship and stood atop the podium on the tracks of Budapest.

Noah Lyles emerges as a winner

So far, US track and field prodigy Noah Lyles’ season has been one of a kind. The athlete who began his journey with back-to-back wins was able to break Usain Bolt’s 200-meter world record in the London Diamond League.

To add more medals to his ever-growing hall of fame list, the 26-year-old Noah Lyles clinched three golds at the world athletics championship.

The Olympian won the 100- and 200-meter races on the Budapest track and joined the forces of Team USA in his last run to clinch his third gold in the relay race.
