On 19th October, Fraser-Pryce shared her Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Six-A-side football competition initiated by the Pocket Rocket Foundation experience on Instagram. In the pictures, the 36-year-old sprinter was spotted shaking hands with the football players as they geared up for the event. Additionally, Fraser-Pryce was also seen sharing gifts at the event.

Furthermore, in the caption, the athlete also discussed the opening ceremony of the event that is making a comeback after three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, “Last Saturday’s Opening Ceremony and Dress Parade at the brand new FESCO football field were truly a sight to behold, and it warmed my heart to see passionate supporters coming out to root for their favorite teams.”

Further, while inviting her fans to join her every week, the athlete added, “I eagerly look forward to the journey ahead as we commemorate a decade of positive impact.” The Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Six-A-Side Football competition will now be held every weekend and will run from October 14 to November 19 at 2:20 P.m.
