Noah Lyles and Sha?carri Richardson have done it again. The two athletes who have won both the 100-meter races at the World Athletics Championship have again clinched a place on the podium. Lyles, who broke Usain Bolt’s record in the Diamond League, won the 200-meter race with a steady speed of 19.52. The athlete, however, could not break the 200m record for the GOAT of track and field. And on the other hand, Sha?carri Richardson won the bronze in the 200-meter race with a time of 21.92. Shericka Jackson defended her title by securing gold with a time of 21.41.

Team USA is a force to be reckoned with at this year’s championship. Richardson, with a 10.65 speed in the 100 m, became the world?s fastest woman, while Noah Lyles has won both the 100m and 200 m races he has participated in till now. The iconic duo has secured three gold medals for the United States so far this season. Apart from their staunch wins this year, Team USA even put an end to their salty rivalry with Team Jamaica.

The two athletes were spotted partially hugging after participating in the 200-meter semi-finals.
