24-year-old Gretta Taslakian has a formidable track-and-field record. The 100m, 2000m, and 400m Lebanese track and field star,  known for dominating the track and field, is the first Lebanese woman to represent her country in the Olympics. Having a mammoth 135k followers on Instagram, she keeps posting viral workout videos and photos. But again, with great achievements, come great rivalry.

In Taslakian’s case, her favorite track and field star rival, as fans call them, is not only famous as a promising athlete but has mesmerized the world with her beauty. The German runner earned the title of ‘World’s sexiest athlete’, courtesy of her stunning looks. Apart from giving the 37-year-old a heated competition on social media with more than 4 million followers, the athlete is also crushing the 400-meter track and aims to participate in the Olympics. Last week, the 24-year-old track and field star secured another big win at a 400-meter event.

Gretta Taslakian’s direct rival makes a personal best record!

Last week, 400-meter German track and field athlete Alica Schmidt added another achievement to her resume. The 24-year-old gorgeous athlete, who became popular before the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, ran a personal best of 52.18 on the 400-meter track. The German athlete outclassed her competitors by almost 10 seconds. As the second-place podium timing was calculated to be 53.27. According to The Spun, “Alica finished with a time of 52.18, as stated, a personal best for her.”

Further, while talking about the personal best celebration, the media revealed the German athlete celebrated her personal best no matter the event. But after adding this new achievement, “her focus quickly turned to getting back to work.” The athlete is looking forward to participating in the big games next year. The 24-year-old, who due to an injury could not participate in Tokyo, wants to prove to the world that she possesses a perfect balance of athleticism and beauty.

With more than four million followers on Instagram, German runner Alica has been turning heads on social media. However, the athlete, who has already created a buzz with her overly stunning looks, wants to be known more for her top-notch track and field record, and she is nowhere close to stopping. She has now begun her interval training as she gears up for the Summer Olympic dream.

Alica Schmidt, who after qualifying for the 400m race in Tokyo couldn’t participate in the Olympics following an injury, is now aiming to participate in Paris next year. The athlete, who is currently prioritizing her career and dream to qualify for Paris, told the media “I’m focusing on what I want to achieve as an athlete, and I try not to let people’s perception of me dictate my behavior or opportunities.”

From setting her personal best to training to participating in the Olympics, Schmidt will certainly achieve the pinnacle in track and field. But again, she can certainly take some pointers from Gretta Taslakian’s formidable track and field record!
