With records such as 10.57 seconds in 100 meters at the Miramar Invitational, Sha’Carri Richardson has etched her name with her mind-blowing performances. A tailwind of 4.1 m/s may have ruled it out for record purposes, but it was still the fourth quickest women’s 100m time in history. Without wind assistance, Richardson’s time equated to 10.77. However, Jenna Prandini, an American track and field athlete, is following in Richardson’s footsteps.

She has represented the USA admirably at the Continental Tour Berlin. Prandini is known for sprinting, but this 30-year-old began her career in jumping events. She is a two-time national champion at 200m and has also won two Olympic medals.

In the ISTAF Berlin Women’s 100m sprint, Prandini showcased her skills by securing the first position. It was a closely contested race between the USA and Belgium. The American sprinter won with a time of 11.24 seconds, narrowly beating Rani Rosius of Belgium, who finished second with a time of 11.32 seconds.
