After Lyles shared a fun session on Instagram, his fans asked him multiple questions that brought out multiple secrets of the track athlete. From his inspiration to his crucial decisions, they asked him about everything. Lyles sportingly answered all their questions, unveiling multiple phases of him. Among the many questions one turned heads as he was asked about a sports skill which was not related to track and field.

Lyles received a question from one of his fans on his Instagram account that stated, “Very important, can you dunk?” To this basketball skill-related question ,Noah Lyles confidently gave an answer. He expressed, “Yes, ever since I was sixteen”. This portrays that Lyles is an all-rounder. Apart from excelling in track sports, he is also aware of the crucial skills of basketball. This quality goes way back when he was a child and was a high jumper.

Lyles once revealed this about him in a podcast that he was a high jumper in childhood which has now made his basketball skills easier. Just a few days ago, the track star was seen having a fun session of hoops with the US Surfing sensation Kanoa Igarashi. This session must be one of the reasons that intrigued this question in his followers.

Track meets surfing for a fun game of hoops

Noah Lyles posted a story on his Instagram recently where he was seen with one of the best names in surfing Kanoa Igarashi. He showcased his support for the sprinter before the Tokyo Olympics, and this sudden reunion left the internet in a frenzy. He shared a video where he was seen having a great hoop session with the surfer. The caption of the video said, “Friendly game of hoops”.

Lyles was seen wearing blue overalls and flaunting his surprisingly commendable basketball skills. In this session, the champion celebrated as he smoothly dribbled the ball and shot two straight hoops. Noah is an all-rounder since he was a kid, he has tried painting and drawing with the aspiration of being an artist. Then he tried high jumping and then moved to track and field events. He excelled in all three of them which proves the beautiful talent he is.
