In her 100m-collegiate debut, LSU track and field athlete, Brianna Lyston took all the spotlight, finishing a close second behind her teammate, Favour Ofili. Tiger Olympians won the race, clocking at 10.85 seconds. LSU track and field took to her official Instagram account to cheer the greatest accomplishments of the LSU track stars. Apart from, Brianna and Favour Ofili, LSU fifth-year senior and the SEC Champion in the 4×100-Meter Relay, Thelma Davies also took part in the battle at the Bayou meet. She was placed third in the country, clocking in 10.98 seconds in the 100-meter heat. This marks her personal best time in the event. In 2023, she competed at Texas Relays, setting her PB with 11.19 seconds. However, in the whole event, Brianna dazzled by recording her impressive time during her 100m-collegiate debut.
