A Dallas native, and world champion sprinter, Richardson took to Instagram to post a clip that recounts this precious moment. It recalled the event that took place back on November 10.
Posting the clip, she captioned it as, “Recap going up on my YouTube channel today! ✨💖Sha’Carri Richardson Track and Sha’Carri Richardson Day dedication by Dallas ISD and my city Dallas💖✨.” The detailed video will be up for playing on her YouTube network.
The spectacular occasion is a reminder for kids that “this is not the limit,” according to Richardson. Not only the renaming of the track took place on Nov. 10, but the day received its official renaming as Sha’Carri Richardson Day in Dallas.
