Recently, PUMA signed a deal with the fastest woman alive, Elaine Thompson-Herah, to win ‘sprint double.’ The 30-year-old Elane is a five-time Olympic champion. She earned gold in 100 meters and 200 meters in Rio Olympics 2016 and Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Andi sports management shared this news as a post on its Instagram page. The caption reads, “We are thrilled that Elaine has chosen to join the PUMA family,” said PUMA CEO Bjørn Gulden. “With her speed, she embodies everything we stand for as a brand. Elaine ran the second-fastest time in women’s history last year and is only 0.05 seconds off a world record.”

PUMAs’ deal with Usain Bolt
In 2012, Usain Bolt played a pivotal role in PUMA’s advertisement campaign. In PUMA, Usain Bolt has his own ‘Bolt Collection.’ This collection has a huge range of footwear and accessories. Also, this collection features a designed silhouette of Usain Bolt’s famous pose, ‘Lightning Bolt To Di World.’
He signed the deal with PUMA when he was just 16-year-old in 2003. However, in 2021, Usain Bolt took one more step forward by signing a lifetime deal with PUMA.
But not just this, PUMA also signed a deal with a 17-year-old boy, the high school basketball player Mikey Williams. He is the youngest player PUMA has ever signed a deal with. PUMA also picked celebrities from India to sign the deal after Tokyo Olympics 2020
Elaine Thompson-Herah Before achieving the title of Fastest women
Elaine Thompson-Herah is a booster of the sprinting field. Thompson was born in Jamaica on 1992 June 28. After attending high school, Elaine enrolled at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Their coach Stephen Francis started working on her and improved her strengths.In 2013, Gibson Replayed at Jamaican Intercollegiate Championship, and Elaine gave her best which was 11.41s.
