First is Gary Haase, who is also known as “King Pokémon”, he is a 67-year-old man from Las Vegas. He has a PSA grade of 10 which states that the card is in perfect condition and, according to Guinness World Records, there is only one known PSA grade 10 Pikachu Illustrator card in the world.
