Resurfaced Image Shows Michael Phelps and Will Smith’s Iconic Meet Up for Michael Jordan’s Celebrity Invitational Celebration

Michael Phelps, one of the great athletes of all time, became the most successful Olympian by winning 28 medals. His swimming talent became legendary as he set record after record in every swimming competition. Millions showered admiration over him in 2013, when he was shining with the glow of his 2012’s London Olympic victories. 

In the meantime, a picture of Michael with ‘Men in Black’ fame actor Will Smith from Michael Jordan’s Celebrity Invitational Celebration went viral. The iconic meet-up included celebrities like Don Cheadle, Bruce, and Brody Jenner, Chevy Chase, Julius ‘Dr J’ Erving, Jerry Rice, and Wayne Gretzky.

The Facebook page named VegasNews shared an image of Phelps and Will. In the picture, both stars can be seen fully dressed up. The swimmer slayed the formal suit paired with glasses, and Will paired the blazer with a casual sweatshirt. 

Meanwhile, Phelps also taught the kid some pointers on walking the red carpet. The gala looked astounding, filled with luxurious food and various bars sponsored by Ciroc and Moët Hennessy.

Apart from all the shimmering details of the event, the picture of Will and Phelps’ became the fans’ favorite. However, one more similarity between them has captured the eyes of their fans.

When Michael turned nine-year-old, he got diagnosed with ADHD. His mother has recalled the whole event various times in the interviews. ADHD can affect the functioning and performance of an individual. However, Phelps won over his disorder and broke many records.

Meanwhile, once Will revealed his experience with ADHD and said, “I was the fun one who had trouble paying attention. Today they’d diagnose me as a child with ADHD [attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder]. I was a B student who should’ve been getting A’s – classic underachiever. It was hard for me to read an entire book in two weeks. Today I buy a book and have someone read it for me on tape!”
