On the second position is Arni Kamminga representing the Netherlands with a total timing of 27.14. Following him is Great Britain’s Adam Peaty with a score of 27.15. It is going to be a nail-biting match with such prodigies competing to stand atop the podium. The face-off between Michael Andrew and Nic Fink in the 100 breaststroke was a very exciting one to witness at the USA Swimming International Team Trials. Fink blew everyone’s minds with his terrific back half to attain victory against Andrew at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Here he also created a personal best mark of 58.37. Following him Andrew was at the second position with a very close 58.51.
This event was the main source of bringing the swimmers with two different styles neck to neck. In the 50m breaststroke, Andrew gracefully nabbed the win against Fink with his mark of 26.52. After this, Fink attained the 200 breaststroke win on the second day of the competition.
