Recently, the Baltimore bullet took to his Instagram story to share the statistics of his punctilious workout drill. However, the rigorous training session left the swimmer completely exhausted. Expressing his tired state in an Instagram story, Phelps wrote, ?Light weight or no weight?.But it kicked my A**?.

Interestingly, the stats also exhibited the physical prowess and stamina with which the Olympian performed the training routine. Phelps performed 13 different exercises, 33 sets, and 4619 reps. And, all of this is completed in the time frame of 82 minutes.?

Moreover, the weight training Phelps performed throughout the session accounts for a total of 8445 lb. Clearly, the meticulous workout session made Phelps exclaim ?Whoof?? as it proved to be exhaustive for the 37-year-old.
