Caeleb Dressel has dwelled in the past for far too long. His swimming career hit a rough patch after an undisclosed mental issue began to affect his performance. The Olympian took an extended break and returned to the sport amidst a wave of applause, only to find himself struggling to regain his prime. Although his public exploits proffered less than desirable results, his private life is full of bliss and excitement.

Caeleb Dressel is excited to turn a new leaf in his life with fatherhood. He and his wife Meghan have been chronicling their journey into parenthood to the best of their abilities with a camera. However, for their most recent social media uploads, the couple chose someone with the knowledge of photography to wield the camera. Here are the results.

A lens into Caeleb Dressel and Meghan’s pregnancy photoshoot

The seven-time Olympic gold medalist made the swimming fans gush with a carousel of photos artfully captured by an expert. Caeleb Dressel credited his wife for his strength in the captions, “The strongest person I know”. Meghan comfortably flaunted her baby bump with a smile on her face. The photoshoot took place on a desolate beach near the athlete’s all-too-familiar blue turf. In the first picture, Caeleb Dressel took a sitting pose on the beach while his wife leaned on him. Both wore matching black and blue denim outfits for the picture.

For the next two photo uploads, they changed outfits and chose a cream, off-white color palette. Meghan wore a long, off-shoulder dress, while the legendary swimmer twinned with a shirt of the same color. There were some solo shots of the too-be mother as well, in the black outfit from before. For the last picture, they were back in the black ensemble with Caeleb Dressel smiling for the camera and his wife looking at him with a lovely gaze. These uploads were definitely different from the last photoshoot they had together.

A pregnancy photo shoot with a different tone

This wasn’t the only time that the swimming couple hired photographers to document their special moments in the pregnancy. In the last professional photo shoot, the couple chose the green pastures of their backyard as the backdrop. They even installed a curtained fixture to give their photos a desirable touch.

However, it was a more family affair with members of the Dressel clan joining the happy couple. Meghan showed her gratitude to her family, writing, “Showered with so much love” on Instagram. The recent intimate photoshoot was a more personal experience for the couple.
