Last week, a similar heartbreak was witnessed by the Caliskal Family. The family lost their innocent boy in a tragic accident.

On Monday, the Caliskal family lost their 5-year-old son in a drowning accident. The family had gone to a resort to enjoy their summer vacation when the 5-year-old lost his life by drowning in a pool. The grief-stricken family, who are still trying to find the reason behind their son?s death, has decided to take a step to find their answers.

Caliskal Family looks to find answers

On Monday, a tragedy struck the Caliskal family that changed their lives forever. The family of four lost their 5-year-old son, Robin Caliskal, who drowned at a posh resort, Atlantic Reach Holiday Park, in Cornwall while swimming. Robin’s death was declared to be accidental with no suspicion whatsoever. Nevertheless, Devon and Cornwall police are still looking into it. But Robin’s heartbroken family is not satisfied with the investigation. The 5-year-old?s father, Cemal Caliskal, is calling for a full investigation into Robin?s drowning incident.

The grief-stricken dad, who had to recall the horror of his own son struggling in the water, told the media, “Robin died in front of my eyes.” Further, the dad in an interview with the sun revealed that there are many “Unanswered questions” regarding the boy?s death. Mark, who is not satisfied with the investigation stated, “I just cannot accept it all?. Robin?s family blames the poor infrastructure around the resort for their child?s death. According to them, Robin lost his life due to dim lights and barriers surrounding the pool.

While on the other hand, a spokesperson for The Atlantic Reach revealed the staff is “Heartbroken” by this tragedy. The park staff is also willing to cooperate with the Police for a complete investigation. Further, the spokesperson added, “We are fully cooperating with the investigation that is taking place to establish the facts, and it is not appropriate to comment or speculate on that investigation.” The resort, whose thoughts are with the grieving family, also requested that the media give them space during this stressful time.

This statement from Atlantic Records came shortly after Camel Caliskal shared a picture with the media. The heartbroken father shared the last photos of Robin with his family. The 5-year-old and his 6-month-old brother Renas were seen hanging out in a pool shortly before the drowning incident.

More details on the swimming accident

On Monday Morning, while enjoying the vacation at Atlantic Reach, a 5-year-old Robin got into the swimming pool of the resort and began to struggle in the water. While the 5-year-old’s parents, Cemal Caliskal and Ferzane Caliskal, were in the main area of the pool. Robin?s mother, who was calling his son to join the children?s pool, could not see his son struggling until it was too late. According to the Cemal, due to poor lighting and a barrier, they did not realize their son was struggling in the water.

After realizing the horror that has struck the resort, the paramedics reached the resort and tried to revive the five-year-old. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the boy could not be saved. According to the 5-year-old?s family, Robin was a jubilant child and had many friends. The loss of this young soul is truly a heartbreaking tragedy. Hopefully, the family will receive the answers they seek after the investigation is completed.
