Joining with other sporting legends, Michael Phelps spoke with the Alabama football squad. With words of wisdom, the 23-time Olympic gold medalist motivated the young players. Nick Saban, the head football coach at the University of Alabama, invited Phelps for the talk.

Phelps and His words of Wisdom To The Young Players 

Earlier this Saturday, Phelps joined the list of other decorated sporting legends to participate in the preseason conversation. He joins the likes of Alex Rodriguez (MLB), Michael Jordan (NBA), and Kobe Bryant (NBA), who passed on the wisdom to the young players of the Alabama football team.

Thanking Phelps for his time and motivation, the Alabama Football team shared a tweet shortly, 

Although there isn’t a video of the conversation yet, several images and statements have been made public. One of such images suggested that Phelps would soon feature on the “Bama Cuts” YouTube series. The series debuted a year ago. It showed Alabama football coach Saban and his players having a friendly chat in a barbershop inside the football complex.

According to sources, Phelps will give a speech to the Crimson Tide players and coaches after the third practice of preseason camp.

Michael Phelps an Inspiration To Look Up

Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian in history, having competed in four Olympics. Phelps has a total of 28 medals to his credit on his professional front. He currently holds the record for the most Olympic gold medals. 

At the 2008 Beijing Games, he earned eight golds all by himself. In 2008, he founded the “Michael Phelps Foundation.”

The choices that he made throughout made him stand out from his contemporaries. A man of passion, dedication, and integrity, all throughout his sporting career, Phelps has been a great supporter of young athletes.
