Recently, the official Twitter handle of SeaWorld announced the official date of the surfing rollercoaster’s grand opening. Interestingly, the new ride got its moniker as ‘Pipeline, The Surf Coaster’. As per the tweet, the theme park will open its gates for new members on May 27th, 2023. Interestingly, as per SeaWorld’s website, the ride is the world’s first surf coaster. It is 110 feet high and reaches speeds up to 60 mph. Nonetheless, the dynamic seats fitted inside the ride promise to give the same adrenaline rush as induced while chasing the real Pipeline wave.

Per the official webpage, the minimum stature requirement for experiencing the ultimate thrill in the coaster is 4 feet 5 inches. Interestingly, the new ride is going to be the seventh coaster at the Orlando SeaWorld.
