Hawaii is known as the ‘mecca’ of surfing. It is the perfect destination to catch a wave regardless of the age limit. Surfing was born in ancient Polynesia which later became Hawaii, and many great surfers such as Andy Irons, Shane Dorian, and John John Florence have come from there. Many more Hawaiian surf legends have established their names in the sport And just adding onto that, the U.S. Open Surfing has thoroughly proved this Hawaiian legacy.

The US Open Surfing began on 29th July and continued till the 6th of August 2023. It was held at the Huntington Beach Pier where three Hawaiian surfers triumphed in the championships. Kelis Kaleopa’a, Kaniela Stewart, and Eli Hanneman claimed titles in their respective events in the US Open.
