Ben Gravy, just added another country to his surfing list by riding the largest wave in German waters. The Novelty surfer, known to be on a mission to conquer the swells of every country, posted a blog on YouTube of his new achievement with the caption “The Longest Wave in the Country of Germany (Not the Munich River Wave). Further, while talking about the German waters, the surfer said that the German waters, except for the Munich River, are not known for surfing. But, by surfing in an unknown river in the countryside of Germany, Gravy, truly justified the words “if you can see it, you can surf it.”
With only one thing on his mind, “This is an absolute dream come true.” Gravy in his vlog held on to his 10-foot-tall nose rider, desperately waiting for a slow, budding swell in the river. And after halfway through recording his vlog, a ferry created a knee-high swell and possibly the longest wave in Germany behind it. Gravy, who saw his dream of conquering the waves of every country comes one more step closer to reality, stated, “I don’t think anyone’s ever been more stoked over a knee-high wave in their life,” and rode the wave with a burning zeal in his eyes. Later, the stoked surfer added, “I’ve never ever imagined living out these dreams like this.”
The surfer, who usually chases the waves with soft surfing to avoid injuries, was seen handling the waves with a hard board. As last month, Gravy, in a half-hour-long YouTube video, revealed the news of quitting riding foamies with soft top surfboards and exploring other surfboards. Furthermore, Gravy also talked about his mission to surf in every country.
