Kuhle finds solace and freedom through Earthchild Project’s yoga
The Grade 5 student attends one of the schools supported by the Earthchild Project in Khayelitsha, where she activly participates in the organization’s Yoga Programme. In her own words, when asked about his involvement in yoga, Kuhle shared, “I do yoga and the yoga pledge and some exercises. In yoga, I felt free and I had peace, I could feel it.”

Alongside Anathi, the instructor, Kuhle eagerly joins Earthchild Project outings. It’s there, they explore and learn about nature in all its glory. One of her greatest joys is practicing yoga at home. Through Earthchild Project, Kuhle discovers a sense of solace, freedom, and a deeper connection to herself and the world around her.
