Big-wave surfer, Laird Hamilton has made quite the contributions within the surfing community. He co-invented the tow-in surfing along with his friends, a distinction particular to his love for the sport. However, in a recent video on Instagram, he chucked the usual surfing escapades and worked out in an underwater jungle gym! In a brief snippet, fans got a glimpse of his interesting workout routine that has left the bodybuilding community inspired. 

Hamilton also indicated his upcoming feat in Kauai, through his caption. He mentioned the brand-new training lifestyle program, XPT Life Experiences, established by him and his wife, Gabrielle Reece. Likewise, fans were equally enthralled by the mesmerizing training routine and chimed in with their reactions.

As per the social media update posted on Saturday, the 59-year-old surfer impressively performed his routine training sets while donning a swimming trunk giving holiday vibes. Hamilton also held two weighty dumbbells underwater as he enthusiastically moved from one step to another, inside the jungle gym. 

Additionally, Ahmed Spinz and Lizwi’s viral music, Waves by Wavs tuned into the background while the lens aesthetically captured the striking instance. The athlete’s caption read, “Underwater jungle gym. Countdown to Kauai starts now. just over a month before @XPTlife Experiences start & our first stop is right here. Excited to share the super pool.”

Evidently, the swimming pool was the highlight of the video. Besides that, the workout was a testament to Hamilton’s staggering fitness, as he flawlessly went about his sets. Most fans were awestruck by the glimpse and expressed themselves in the comments section.
