Victoria Beckham surprised everyone when she switched from cardio to weightlifting. Her personal trainer, Bobby Rich, revealed why she made this change. Bobby claimed he trained Victoria for 16 months after the 47-year-old television personality hit a fitness wall.
Bobby said, “Despite spending daily 90+ minute sessions in the gym, she was purely maintaining her fitness levels rather than improving.” Bobby claimed that the results of Victoria’s previous workout regime were not showing, and she then decided to change it. In another interview, Victoria revealed that, unlike David Beckham, she does not have any certain size in mind.
