Every couple has their spark just like Shaun White and Nina Dobrev, have their sense of humor. One of the cutest celebrity relationships right now is that of the snowboarding great and the Vampire Diaries star. Since they began dating in 2020, their cross-industry prominence has drawn attention to them. The internet is now more confident in their relationship as they co-own a Hollywood Hills property for $4.3 million.

Shaun White has been living an exciting life ever since he retired from his professional career. At the moment, White’s life is focused on his beloved girlfriend, his flourishing business, and the most recent docuseries on his life. Alongside his series, Dobrev released a new movie, an interview for which put the girlfriend in a difficult situation. The hard choice led to her making a hilarious escape.

Shaun White goes unacknowledged by girlfriend in a clever response

In one of the post-release interviews of the movie The Out-Laws, the Canadian actress sat across from her co-star Adam Devine to answer a few questions. The duo proposed a questionnaire to one another in the show Spilling the E-Tea posted on Youtube by Entertainment Tonight. While chatting Devine put Dobrev on the spot asking, “Who would you say is really the more athletic man in your life me or Shaun White?”

The answer was subtle even though the question was rather straightforward as Dobrev had seen Devine’s physical prowess in their film. The witty girlfriend swiftly responded with, “Who’s that,” keeping a straight face. Devine joined in on her act. He offered more insights from White’s most recent documentary and mentioned how well-known he is. She said, “If he’s an athlete it sounds like he would probably be the more athletic person.” Devine played defensive while negotiating with her to which she finally concluded, “okay so it’s you then.”

While disclosing their responses, the two actors kept the audience entertained the entire time. Dobrev was just continuing the playful legacy that runs in her relationship with White as she attends to her work commitments.

Snowboarding legend with a hint of boyfriend behavior

Since White did not know the actress when they first met, their admirers find their initial encounter to be amusing in itself. The internet didn’t discover their fun side until a few years into their relationship. Early in 2022, White shared a hilarious reaction to Nina Dobrev’s red-carpet absence at the Oscars 2022. The same year marked their first official red carpet appearance as a couple at the premiere of Top Gun: Maverick. Just two months later, they posted a humorous fad in which they smacked one another with tortillas taking on the tortilla challenge.

Later that year, in a video posted on TikTok, White imitated Nina Dobrev’s cheering performance from Degrassi: The Next Generation. Dobrev shared a humorous video this February, of the duo cleaning their groceries on Instagram. Even while promoting each other’s shows on Instagram reels recently, the two shared the details of each other’s projects urging their fans to watch them.
