Before making her Olympic debut at 17, she has already won three X Games gold medals. Yes, it seems like she learned snowboarding before she even started walking.
Furthermore, in the 2016 Winter Youth Olympics, she became the first-ever American woman to win a snowboarding gold at Youth Olympics. Apart from that, Chloe also holds two world championship titles in half-pipe events. Overall, excluding the Olympics, the 21-year-old snowboarder has 10 international gold medals and a silver and bronze each, under her name.

Chloe Kim takes a break
Now that she has accomplished every known record in the sport, it’s a perfect time to take a break. The Olympic champion announced that she’ll be taking a full season off to rest and rejuvenate herself. She said, “I will be taking a full season off of competition just for my mental health. Just want to reset. Don’t want to get right back into after such a fun but draining year at the same time.”
