The Skiing legend, Lindsey Vonn, always has had that larger than sports image. However, her relationship with Tiger Woods brought all the attention in the world to her life. Much has changed in her life since Lindsey broke up with Tiger Woods. Her professional life has been great. She released a book. Her NGO is doing great philanthropic work, and the legend is all set to host the prestigious Laureus World Sports Awards 2022 in Seville, Spain.

Although the couple was in a relationship for almost three years, Lindsey had a terrible time coursing through it. However, it was not because of Tiger Woods, but the way people saw their relationship and judged it. Sharing her experience of the time, Lindsey said, “I got so mean and hateful things thrown at me when we first started dating. Read comments on Instagram and Facebook and those stuff. It taught me to be really confident in myself.”
Personally, she didn’t like the attention she got from the media and people when she was in a relationship with Tiger. The skier further added, “It is in a different level because when you are in limelight for sports everyone is pretty supportive because they know you have highs and lows. But when I started dating him. It changed to more of the paparazzi style. Just gossip and it’s a whole another ballgame and it’s really hard to kind of navigate.”

Through her foundation, Lindsey has done enough philanthropic work over the years and has certainly changed millions of lives. In the light of the same, it’s time for her foundation’s annual gala, which is scheduled for May 20th this year.
