The Beijing Winter Olympics 2022 was one of the best sporting competitions in recent times. However, for Mikaela Shiffrin, it was the Olympics to forget. She slid off in three competitions while not being able to win an Olympic medal this time around. Hence, she did not perform well. It’s been a tough season for her and that has reflected in her prize money earnings.

On the other hand, the World Cup event is happening right now. Despite those setbacks, she leads the way to her closest rival Petra Vlhova who won the Olympic gold medal at the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022. Despite leading in the World Cup event, she ranks second in prize money won.
