As it is Thanksgiving day, most athletes are spending their day celebrating with their families. Moreover, they are posting pictures with a turkey as it is their favorite meal for the day. As many people celebrate the festival, Tony Hawk follows the masses as well. The legendary skateboarder shared an interesting post on Instagram showing how he spent thanksgiving. It received a lot of recognition on social media.

Tony Hawk celebrates Thanksgiving
Significantly, he posted a photo of a dried-up swimming pool that resembles a skatepark. Regarding Thanksgiving day, he posted a picture of the pool with a turkey in front of the swimming pool. Likewise, he posted a perfect caption for the occasion.
“I’m thankful for having the privilege of living this dream well beyond my expiration date. And if you’re reading this, you probably helped me achieve that in your own way. So thank YOU.
Skate or die.”

Unique personalities commented on the picture. However, the company called Liquid Death posted a comment that attracted serious attention. To sum up, they partnered with Hawk to release a distinct set of skateboards.
“Whenever you do expire, at least we have your blood and DNA to make new Tonys for humanity to enjoy for eternity. Drink Liquid Death.”

Liquid Death collaborates with Hawk
The company had earlier taken 100 vials of blood to the company for making limited edition Tony Hawk skateboards. They infused these blood samples with red paint as the company made $500 skateboards that are already sold out. In addition, they contribute the profits to an anti-plastic nonprofit and The Skateboard Project.
Involving in many projects, Hawk promotes his brand image for the betterment of society. He loves, eats, and breath skateboarding. Most people know him for landing a ‘900’, a complicated skateboard trick, which no one had ever done. As of right now, his entrepreneurial skills helped him reach heights that athletes can dream of. Out of all the investments that he made, Hawk’s net worth stands at $140 million.

Thus, during thanksgiving, he posted a perfect tribute to his love for the sport. A collaboration of turkey and skatepark on thanksgiving seems heaven for Tony. Long may it continue!
