Alan Bernsten responded playfully in the comment section, saying, “I’m hanging in there. But it’s tough. Can you get back here already?”
And sure enough, Ilona Maher and Alan Bernsten were back, with Ilona beaming with joy as the duo dropped a special sneak peek. It’s clear that the two are very fond of each other. Now that they’ve finally reunited, they’ve shared two more hilarious videos on social media.
The first video gave fans a sneak peek of their performance for the following week, which they teased would be a Quickstep—well, that’s what they thought. In the video, both Ilona Maher and Alan expressed how much they missed each other after being apart for two days and then promised to give fans a glimpse of next week’s routine. “We thought it would be fun if we showed you some of our quickstep,” they said. Ilona Maher also uploaded another video showcasing their camaraderie. In this hilarious clip, Alan Bernsten can be seen teaching Ilona some complex dance steps, which he treats as if they’re incredibly simple and easy to do.
The rugby player captioned the video, saying, “Alan trying to convince me that the dance is simple.” However, Ilona Maher doesn’t exactly share the same sentiment. She sarcastically remarks, “Yeah, simple. Simple. So I hope…that’s easy.” The playful banter between the two clearly shows how close they are. Who knows, maybe something romantic is brewing between them. For fans, it seems like a good fit for Ilona, who’s already mentioned the woes of her dating life.
Ilona Maher talks about why she does not have the time to date right now
Ilona Maher has previously spoken about why she doesn’t have the time to date right now. Talking to Access Hollywood, she spoke about how her hectic lifestyle because of her commitments has kept her out of the dating scene. “All I do is dance, I eat, I go home and sleep, then I go home and dance again. I’m driving home on a Friday night; everyone’s out having fun—not me. I’m going through the jazz steps in my head. It could be better,” said Ilona.
