It is an exciting time for the rodeo community as the 8 teams of the Professional Bull Riders Team Series go head-on against each other with all their might. The PBR Ridge Rider Days took place over the weekend at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale. It went on for three nights and they were all filled with entertainment, thrill, and a performance showdown like no other.
As the teams stepped in to grab the top position each night, one team reigned superior. Eight teams went against each other from the 29th to the 1st with one team soaring high; the Kansas City Outlaws. The team has been consistently holding on to their position. Outlaws put on yet another stellar performance. However, the show is not over yet as the time is ticking to the finals.
Kansas City Outlaws overtake Glendale

The riders at Kansas City Outlaws have had a series of spectacular results on the scoreboard throughout the season. Claiming their first win against the Arizona Ridge Riders, the Outlaws marked their dominance for the season. The streak continued through the first weekend at their home turf; officially gaining them their first event win.
The team taking the momentum into the Stampede Days, attained a perfect 4 for 4; thus, claiming their second title win. The Outlaws keeping with their consistency, rolling in second, headed on to the Ridge Rider Days. Facing table toppers, Austin Gamblers, Carolina Cowboys, and Texas Rattlers, it was an all-kill for the team; reported PBR.

On the first evening of the Ridge Rider Days, it was Outlaws against the Cowboys. However, Koltin Hevalow with 87.75, Sandro Batista with 87.25, and Cassio Dias with 88 bested the performance against Carolina. Putting a total of 263 points on board, it was a clear win for the rising champions. Next on the list for the Outlaws to take over were the Austin Gamblers. A stellar team performance once again by Cassio Dias, Sandro Batista, and Leonardo Castro recorded the Outlaws a win with 257.75.

To finally claim their third title-win of the season, the Kansas City Champs had to take on the Texas Rattlers; who are placed right behind the team. Putting up a score of 171.5-87.5 in favor of Outlaws, the night delivered the team not only a win for the night but also a kick-start to head nearer to the finals.

Things about to get Intense as Rodeo teams near the Final
Kansas City Outlaws with their recent win stand 2nd on the table with 15 – 10 on board; right behind the season best, Austin Gamblers with 18-7. As the teams finish with the Ridge Rider Days, the Rattlers Days await to welcome their first finalist heading to Las Vegas. Following the teams’ performance at Fort Worth, Texas, the top two teams will receive a nod.
However, Austin Gamblers who needed just 1 more win to secure their spot at the finals, performed to complete the quota over the weekend. Conquering the Nashville Stampede with 172.25-87.25 in their favor, Austin Gamblers secured the first spot at the finals. The next four teams in line, Kansas City Outlaws, Texas Rattlers, Oklahoma Freedom, and Arizona Ridge Riders remain to grip the second spot next weekend.

The 2023 PBR Teams Championship Finals is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas from the 20th to the 22nd of October. And as PBR captioned, “Keep an eye on Kansas City as we head towards Championships”; it is time for other teams to gear up and be on the lookout.
