Legendary American snowboarder Shaun White retired from the sport this year. After the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, White hung up his gloves and quit the sport professionally.
However, White has time and again mentioned how he is glad he can snowboard whenever he wishes to. In fact, that is what he said sets him apart from other superstar athletes who can no longer play after retiring, and thus have to un-retire.
White was talking in the context of Tom Brady, of course. Meanwhile, the 35-year-old has been enjoying life, going on vacations, and traveling the world. The only difference this time is that a professional calendar is no longer dictating his flight schedules.
