Snyder’s motivation to be at the top and excel comes from his little prince; he quotes, “Even though he doesn’t even know what’s going on, one day he’ll know and he’ll be able to be like, ‘Dad, why’d that guy beat you?’ So I gotta stay on top.

Kyle Synder brought to light his keen interest in football and said that he could approach the game because of his height; he wished to see little Synder playing football someday.
