They recently bagged six medals at the 2023 U23 World Championships including 4 gold and 2 bronze medals. Outstanding performances from the American athletes also earned the U.S. seven spots at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

Continuing their winning saga from Pan-American, they are geared up to crack the top of the Olympic charts. However, a moment of fun surfaced as an Instagram post from United World Wrestling (UWW) stirred the fun around the competitive sports. This imaginative portrayal was part of a series of photos featuring wrestlers dressed up for Halloween.

The past few months have been nothing short of a daydream for the USA’s wonder wrestler, Amit Elor. After a golden performance at the Pan-American Games, Elor prepares for the Paris Olympics 2024. A recent Instagram story came as a refresher for her. The official Instagram handle of United World Wrestling shared a series of photos quoting – “If wrestlers dressed up for #halloween.

Which was later on, reposted by Amit Elor on her Instagram story she captioned “Omg” followed by an emoji. Along with her being imagined as Captain Marvel, a potential member of the Marvel Avengers, she was accompanied by her fellow athletes. Frank Chamizo from Italy was portrayed as Black Panther, who was perfectly played by the late actor Chadwick Boseman. This unique Halloween post served as a refresher for the athletes as the head for Paris next year amid rigorous routine.

As Amit Elor prepares for the Olympics, her journey has been nothing short of a fairytale. Her recent performances have been phenomenal, earning her the title of USA Wrestling Athlete of the Week. Her long tally of medals incorporates medals of different colors, including two senior world titles and five junior world titles among the U17, U20, and U23 divisions.

Her recent medal wins at the 2023 World Junior Wrestling Championships in Amman, Jordan, and the 2023 Pan American Wrestling Championships held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, are significant milestones in her Olympic preparation. However, her Olympic journey might seem a piece of cake, but there’s still more to be done. To shoot for gold at the Paris Olympics 2024, she’ll either have to move up to 76kg or cut it down to 68kg, as there isn’t a category for her at 72kg.
