Micic star added an Instagram story carrying the caption, “The World Champs new program.” Micic’s story featured a story of his new training planning company named DL Training Systems. The video in the story showed the names of the exercises and the number of repetitions and sets for each of them.

The information shown in the spreadsheet in the video conveyed that Micic will be sticking to this advanced regimen for four weeks. Interestingly, the video showed just one section of the exercises specially curated for Stevan Micic. However, this section only carried the warm-up workout of the world champion.

Stevan Micic is currently training at the Michigan Wolverines Wrestling gymnasium to improve himself alongside his NCAA coach Sean Bormet. He also complimented the return to his alma mater with grappling technique sessions from UFC champion Sean O’Malley. In fact, he has also teamed up with an Olympic gold medalist to propel himself in the same trajectory.
