AJ Ferrari’s return to the wrestling mat has drawn some major attention. However, the recent exchange sparked by Nick Stemmet’s bold challenge appears to be the most fiery of all. With his long-anticipated comeback set for November 1, Ferrari may have expected some banter with rivals. However, the latest twist involves not only Stemmet but also Ferrari’s brother, Anthony Ferrari. Anthony jumped into the fray on social media to defend his sibling in a string of eyebrow-raising comments.

While AJ Ferrari’s recent rivalry with Carter Starocci had wrestling fans buzzing, Nick Stemmet’s message for AJ raised the stakes even higher. Taking to Instagram, Stemmet fired shots not only at Ferrari’s wrestling prowess but also at his past controversies. He bluntly referred to Ferrari as “the corniest and hor*iest 197-pound wrestler of all time”, (probably digging into the legal troubles Ferrari faced in 2022). Stemmet further moved forward and set up unique terms for their fight.

Nick Stemmet stated that if Ferrari lost, he’d have to abandon emojis forever and change his Instagram handle to “mrslowtwitch” from ‘mrfasttwitch’. While fans were already caught up witnessing the keyboard fight between the two fighters on the comment section, Anthony Ferrari made an unexpected entry to take the side of his brother. Anthony did not only take up the battle in the comments section but also turned it into a heated back-and-forth with Stemmet.

Anthony Ferrari didn’t mince words. Jumping in, he reminded Stemmet of their previous match, where his brother had secured a commanding 16-3 win. “Didn’t he major you last time… was one takedown away from the tech,” he quipped, throwing in a derogatory word as a hashtag that dismissed Stemmet. Nick, however, shot back, sarcastically claiming he “wasn’t trying” during their previous bout, a statement Anthony swiftly rebuked, accusing him of running and “still got majored… like a b🐩🐩🐩🐩.”

Stemmet, keeping the humor alive, mockingly replied, “Stop calling me names or I’m gonna cry too,” drawing laughs from AJ Ferrari himself, who simply added a string of laughing emojis to the exchange. The heated dialogue didn’t go unnoticed by fans, one of whom remarked on Ferrari’s controversial background, asking if Anthony had once been arrested before and was “sent to anger management.” Nick did not miss the opportunity and immediately confirmed that Anthony was the one. This response however sparked even more jabs from Anthony. He taunted Stemmet and his supporters as “soy boys” and claimed he’d “put you on a leash.”

Their spat continued as Anthony suggested one of Stemmet’s comments had “racist” undertones, further escalating tensions. In another biting remark, AJ’s brother claimed that Stemmet’s mother had anxiously approached people before the match, fearing for her son’s safety. “Remember last time his mom was crying to everyone before the match because she was afraid he was going to be paralyzed because he talked s**t”, wrote Anthony. AJ did not miss a chance to respond to this with a thread of emojis.

Have an interesting take?

Now, after such a series of personal attacks and trash-talking, fans eagerly await the showdown. With just days remaining until Ferrari’s return on November 1, where Stemmet promised to “spoil” Ferrari’s comeback, it’s just time that unveil who ultimately manages to stand strong in this showdown. However, this was not the only instance of AJ Ferrari getting into an online scuffle with a fellow wrestler. After all, who could forget his fallout with Carter Starocci?

AJ Ferrari and Carter Starocci will look to settle heated rivalry this year

It all started when AJ Ferrari addressed Carter Starocci as a ‘certain someone’ in one of his social media posts. Ferrari also escalated things further by pointing out that he was on a mission to ‘destroy’ Starocci. Now, despite Starocci being an NCAA icon, the 4x NCAA beast Starocci expectedly did not take his words lightly. In reply, Starocci challenged Ferrari for a 190lbs match with a whopping prize purse of $300,000.

However, it did not stop at this. Taking to his Instagram, Starocci laid down some interesting stipulations. Ferrari was asked to tattoo the phrase, “Starocci is my NATTY DADDY.” on his chest if he lost the match. The 4x NCAA champion also wanted Ferrari to change his Insta bio to, “Sorry girls, please forgive me! I have changed 190lbs.” However, keeping the trash-talking aside, Starocci’s next words stressed how badly he wanted to fight Ferrari.

Starocci wrote, “Let’s put it all on the line. Winner takes the entire match purse, and the loser goes back to talking sh*t on social media.” Thus, with multiple foes being involved with AJ Ferrari, it remains to be seen how he can conquer his competition as the NCAA wrestling season gets underway.
