American wrestling prodigy Amit Elor has taken the world by storm via her unstoppable exploits on the mat. The wrestling superstar recently won her eighth World Championship medal at the U23 World Wrestling Championship at just 19 years old. With the 2023 Bill Farrell Memorial International wrestling tournament coming up, Elor has surprised everyone once again.
The world has already witnessed the talent of Amit Elor the wrestler. However, it will also see the talent of Amit Elor, the coach, soon. According to a social media post, Elor will put on a coaching hat at the upcoming 2023 Bill Farrell Memorial International.
Amit Elor turns Greco-Roman wrestling coach

Amit Elor enjoyed a massively successful campaign in 2023. Dominating the 72kg weight class, Elor won the 2023 World Wrestling Championship, U23 World Championship, and World Junior Championship. She also secured a gold medal at the Pan American Championship in Buenos Aires. USA Wrestling recently broke the news of Elor playing the role of a coach via a tweet from its official X account. Her brother Orry Elor follows the Greco-Roman discipline and wrestles in the 97kg weight class. The Bill Farrell Memorial is taking place on the 17th and 18th of November and will see Amit Elor guiding Orry from the side of the mat. Interestingly, Orry is himself a coach and works as an assistant coach at San Francisco State University.

Orry Elor has been wrestling for quite a long time now and has been an Olympic hopeful for a long time. Back in 2016, Orry was trying to qualify for the Rio Olympics but couldn’t make the cut for it.
At the time, Orry Elor was balancing his job as a wrestling coach, and his education, and competing in wrestling tryouts. The hardworking six-footer initially tried playing competitive football, but later gravitated towards wrestling. Now, just like every Olympic hopeful who is yet to qualify for Paris, Elor has his eyes set on the Bill Farrell Memorial.
