Does Aaron Brooks' mental toughness make him the most formidable wrestler in the USA?

When Aaron Brooks was six years old, his father asked him about his goals and ambitions in wrestling. He simply replied with four words that might be a prophecy in the future: “Greatest of all time.” Throughout his career until now, the wrestler has always shown his potential to stay true to his words. His unwavering trust in his own potential has been consistent throughout his career. There has been no reason to show that he’s not good enough either. When he was in high school, he won four consecutive Maryland state titles. None of the opponents created any issues for him there.

In the fourth year, his title would be threatened by an untimely injury to the broken bone. But he would recover in barely six weeks and defend his title. He would be defeated only once during his time there. The promise he showcased in those years was there to be witnessed in full display during the Olympic trials. He faced the Tokyo Olympics champion, David Taylor. It was a difficult match, even by Brook’s standards. But he would defeat him in both matches with a scoreline of 4-1 and 3-1. Now, with the Paris Olympics underway, he’s one of the favorites to win the gold medal in his category. Here are all the attributes you need to know about him before he enters the arena:

This may have been a factor in him dismantling so many wrestlers, as he’s taller than many. Many researchers have suggested that taller athletes have an undeniable advantage in any sport they play. David Taylor’s height is also 183 cm. Thus, Brook’s height and weight ratio are pretty great and help him quite a bit. While it does play a role in his success, his superlative skills and technique are the main reasons for his success.
