Seeking a chance to represent the USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics
A dancer named B-Boy Morris from Sacramento is all set to join the US breakdancing team for the 2024 Paris Olympics. In an interview with CBS, Sacramento Morris mentioned something special. He said, “Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to do something with breaking on a monumental level. The Olympics is that.”
Even though Morris is an exceptional dancer, he is a little concerned about his age and whether it’ll be a parameter for the selection. The 38-year-old Morris further added, “I am one of the Older guys so they do count us out once you get a little bit older, but if you were making a secure bet, you would probably want to bet on me because I am either gonna win or get to the top spot.”
The Olympic team for breakdancing will comprise 5-10 dancers in both men’s and women’s categories.
