Along the same lines, Badgers VB, Wisconsin’s volleyball team, has been making headlines. The team not only emerged victorious but also shattered their record while wiping away bitter memories of previous matches. What is so special about their recent win against their opponent?

Badgers VB Shattering Television Viewership Records

In a recent Instagram post shared by badgervb, it was captioned as, “𝟏.𝟔𝟔 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 Shattering records – a new viewership record!” The Badgers, the volleyball team of Wisconsin, in a recent match with Minnesota, etched their names in the historical records. For the first time in Women’s Volleyball history, the showdown was live on Fox.

Immediately after the action of the NFL, Team Wisconsin Vs. Minnesota broke television viewership records. Even though the Badgers were part of a record-setting viewership match with Nebraska on October 21, they again witnessed the historical 1.66 million viewers this Sunday. The Instagram image also read “Wisconsin-Minnesota border battle did not disappoint as the match drew in 1.66 million viewers for the first-ever volleyball match aired on Fox. The 1.66 million viewership numbers shatter the previous record set on the Big Ten Network that drew 612K viewers back on October 21.” Eventually, this new record secured a place above the viewership record from National Championship 2021, with 1.20 M viewers. 

While the Badgers volleyball team features a 20-1 remarkable feat, Team Minnesota has a 10-10 score till now in the championship. The first defeat for team Wisconsin was by team Nebraska in its last match. However, the Badgers not only made an exceptional comeback but also became a part of the epic viewership record. With all this being said and records being broken, where does the Wisconsin’s Volleyball Team stand currently?

Where Does Wisconsin’s Volleyball Team Stand?

Although team Minnesota was part of the recent match, it made a single point against their opponent, Wisconsin. Thus, Badgers emerged victorious in the showdown, securing a remarkable score of 3-0. With its recent win, team Wisconsin is currently ranked as the number two team across the nation.
