With the help of basketballs, Wisconsin aims to make their vertical leaps stronger so that there are more chances to block their opponent teams while improving spiking. This training transformation is in response to the five-set thriller showdown by team Nebraska that not only defeated team Wisconsin but also snatched their 1st position in the tournament.
