With the Paris Olympics 2024 only five months away, the USA women’s national volleyball team is leaving no stone unturned to successfully defend its Tokyo gold. Amidst the scuttling preparation process, Nebraska’s golden child Jordan Larson has taken the bold decision to waver professional opportunities for another shot at glory on the big stage. Along with that, Larson continues to enjoy massive popularity among young Turks in the country’s collegiate circuit, especially thanks to her illustrious coaching career. And now, it looks like she has some more advice to dish out.

After her collegiate days with the Huskers, Larson returned to Nebraska to lend her expertise to the program’s rising volleyball stars. And the decision didn’t go amiss with the Huskers dominating the 2023 season with a near-perfect run. But Larson, when joined by national teammate and fellow Olympic gold medalist Jordyn Poulter, can make up a veteran duo who surely has a thing or two to teach the budding volleyball players.

A recent Instagram post by the official USA Volleyball account shared snippets from the 2024 Spring Training, in Anaheim, California. The camp ran from 10 to 16 March and acted as a great opportunity for the country’s top collegiate volleyball stars to gain fundamental tips from two of the nation’s best figures in the sport. “It’s not every day you get to train with Olympians!“, read the caption of the post, understandably elated by the offerings.

Larson and Poulter can be spotted talking and discussing techniques with the youngsters in the accompanying video, as some participants can be heard talking about how beneficial they found their time together to be. “The 2024 Spring Training group made the most of a week’s worth of practice with @jordyn_poulter and @gov1007“, went on the post, highlighting just how well-versed the stars will become with the sport thanks to the insights shared by Jordan and Jordyn.

Texas’ opposite Reagan Rutherford asserted that rubbing shoulders with the likes of the two Olympians kept her in awe all the time during the camp. Another player from Wisconsin also shared her admiration of the Olympians and how living out her childhood dream has been something worthy of remembrance.
