Just before the Sunday hustle against the Texas Longhorns, Nebraska Huskers camp was nothing short of happy. Previously, the Huskers coach John Cook received the Best Coach of the Year title, acknowledging his successful run in the camp. Later, on December 13, four astounding performers in the white jersey earned their due diligence in mentioning their names in the AVCA All-American Teams. However, that sweet run was deemed to be flouted on December 17.
The Sunday finale result changed several nooks and crannies in the Nebraska Huskers. Among those deemed changes, one recently panned out to be happening.

On December 19, the sports media journalist, Lincoln Arneal, posted an expected turnoff from the Nebraska Huskers camp. The post-defeat quagmire forced the Huskers to shed off several players of the camp who still have days of eligibility left. Arneal penned, “Nebraska sophomore Hayden Kubik and freshman opposite Caroline Jurevicius have entered the transfer portal.” in his X-post. However, the lead journalist referenced the volleyball news media stalwart Amie Just to break the news.
Per @Amie_Just, Nebraska sophomore Hayden Kubik and freshman opposite Caroline Jurevicius have entered the transfer portal.
Kubik has two years of eligibility left, while Jurevicius has four after redshirting this season.

Among the named players, Hayden Kubik received a big backing from the Nebraska camp when indulging into the camp the previous season as her first. Her elder sister, Madi Kubik, played a thorough role in bringing her into the camp, being a regular for the Nebraska Huskers.
Moreover, in her two-year stint, Hayden scored 10 kills and received a mention in the Academic All-Big Ten of Beach 2023 edition. For Caroline Jurevicius, the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team proved to be her high time in the Nebraska Huskers’s jersey. But her chances in the camp were nipped in the bud as the freshman saw her name in the transfer portal. Both these players had several years in the bag to continue their seasons.

But that couldn’t disappoint its fans from receiving their team in the Lincoln airport full-proportionately. The team had nothing to lose as the full season saw them flying in colors.
