When the match started, spectators were quite sure that the Cardinals would add another win of the season at the NCAA Women Volleyball championships. However, the match took an unexpected turn. On Friday, No. 10th team Georgia Tech defeated No. 3 Louisville. Unfortunately, the latest defeat of the top 3 ranking ACC team, Louisville, made them go down.
In the four sets, The Yellow Jackets featured a remarkable hitting percentage of .242, along with 11 kills led by Tamara Otene. On the other hand, Luper secured a hitting percentage of .186 with 15 kills and 25 errors in the match. After putting up all the possible efforts, the Yellow Jackets finally secured a win over the opponent team, clinching a remarkable 3-1 score. But where do the two teams stand in the tournament?

In addition, it leads the ACC with a record of 15.48 digs per set. Further, the Yellow Jackets account for international players with 80.8% team digs, 70.2% kills, 46.4 % assists, and 42.4% blocks in the season.
On the other hand, team Teach is featured in the top 3 ranked teams in the tournament. Leading the ACC, Team Tech has 5 exceptionally talented players recognized in the NCAA weekly award. Meanwhile, it also has the second-highest defense with a remarkable 15.48 digs per set this season.
