“Doesn’t Care About How I Did”: USWNT Legend Alex Morgan Shares a Heartwarming Relationship With Her ‘Mini Me’

Alex Morgan is a legendary forward in the American soccer team. She is one of the most aggressive strikers and has been a remarkable asset for USWNT. At the 2011 World Cup, Morgan became the youngest player on the U.S. World Cup roster. Moreover, she performed magnificently in her debut world cup. Specifically, her goals in the semi-final against France and the final against Japan are impossible to forget.

Recently, Morgan shared about her relationship with her daughter. Furthermore, she expressed how lucky she is to have a child like Charlie.

Alex added, “She just wants to enjoy time with me and enjoys brings you back down to earth. She is kind of like a mini-me. She wants to do everything I do, and it’s the sweetest thing ever.”

It’s been over ten years since Alex Morgan started playing for USWNT. She has made 198 appearances and has scored 119 goals. In addition, she has also assisted 46 goals. Those are some crazy numbers. She has been an unbelievable striker for the team and has scored many crucial goals for the team. 

The 33-years-old has been a critical part of the team’s lineup since her debut. Moreover, she had a huge role in making the USWNT world cup champions twice in 2015 and 2019.
