Other Distinguished Athletes who Withdrew from the Olympic Trials

Jared Ward recently posted on Instagram about his ill health. He has been wrestling to win over his hamstring pain lately. But this American long-distance runner won’t be able to catch up with the 2024 Olympic trials.

Molly Seidel, who had been an Olympic bronze medalist in the Tokyo Olympics, has also unsettled her fans with her Instagram post. She declared that her recent knee injury has been too hard on her and the pain persists. The MRI revealed torn tendons.

Similarly, Makena Morley, a 27-year-old American athlete, has also suffered an injury in her tibialis, which refrains her from taking up the run in this year’s Paris Olympics.
