Now in the same post, Noah Lyles has shared his comments and wrote “This is really insightful. Even I have fallen for the idea that most tennis players are making enough money to thrive in the sport. When In fact it?s very similar to how it is in the Track and Field world. People see us win the Olympics and think they pay us for winning.” He clearly is not happy with how individual sports are underestimated.

Djokovic gave the reference to team sports that get all the luxuries and stated, “When you are in team sports, but it’s NBA, you have a guaranteed cap, you have your salary, you know you have your team and coaches, and everything is arranged.” Lyles’ agreement with Djokovic’s comments underscores the fact that it’s just the tip of the iceberg that is known to the people.
