Noah Lyles is getting challenged a lot these days. Being the fastest man alive, Lyles’ title seems to have a lot more competitors than everybody expected. Putting up a stellar show in Paris, Lyles had one of his best races in the men’s 100m final. Clocking a time of 9.79s, the American sprinter managed to clinch the Olympic medal. Ofcourse it was after his time was tied with Kishane Thompson and the referees had to decide via photo finish.
With the Paris Olympics done and dusted, Noah Lyles had room to spend some relaxing days. However, all of that seems to be a thing of the past. With a brand new challenge on the line, Lyles will have to once again don his racing boots. In a recent live stream of renowned YouTuber MrBeast, the social media content creator promised a prize of $100,000 for anyone who beats Noah Lyles.
To make things interesting, MrBeast rang up another famous content creator, IShowSpeed. In a recently uploaded video, MrBeast could be seen urging Speed to accept the challenge. What was more interesting was that Noah Lyles himself was present in Orlando with MrBeast. The duo also had the stash of money next to them in a huge container, with $100,000 painted on it. Initially after hearing the challenge, Speed looked hesitant. Shortly after, he accepted the challenge saying, “Oh, Noah, Noah, Noah. Hey, race me, race me, race me… Hey, I need to prove the world. I’m the fastest man alive, bruh.”

Lyles mocked the YouTuber asking him when he wanted to lose, which might have set the competitive juices flowing for Speed. He did complain about having to drive for three hours. He said, “I’m in Miami, bro. That’s like a three-hour drive.” Hearing this, the duo mocked him by saying, “Bro that’s your excuse?” But in the next instance, Speed accepted the offer. He said, “I actually am on stream right now and drive there right now and pull up. I’m not even trolling. I ain’t got nothing to do tonight.” Now, going by the stats, Noah Lyles seems to be the clear favorite if the race does materialize.

However, this is not the first instance of Speed taking up unique challenges. The YouTuber, who is a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, has participated in celebrity football matches. He has also shown up on WWE, alongside Logan Paul, only to be attacked by Randy Orton. Thus, with very little doubts on his competitive spirit, the matchup would surely be an intriguing one. However, IshowSpeed is not the only one trying to challenge Noah Lyles’ ‘Fastest Man On Earth’ title.
