In 2015, she claimed a bronze medal in the 400m in Beijing, finishing at a clock speed of 49.83 seconds. 2019 saw her win a silver medal in the 4 x 400 m relay with a time of 3:18.29. At that year’s World Championships, she won her second gold medal. She finished first as part of Jamaica’s victorious 4×100 meter relay team. In 2022, she kept the momentum going with a silver in 100m with a time of 10.73 seconds and gold for 200m with a time of 21.45 seconds when she said with a “never give up” attitude, “ It feels good that even though I used to run 400m, I can still do a very good 100m and 200m.”
